Would there be any interest?
Thinking of asking my local machine shop for a price to get some knocked up if there is enough interest...
here's what they look like
top, groove for pigtail
underneath with pigtail shape so it locates on spring perch properly
Wedge shape
maybe make a list below, and i'll try to get a costing
No probs with postage isidir, Jes, mine are coming up really clean. Got them soaking in some patio cleaner. I'm not really doing it as a money making exercise, but Ian might well be able to get them done cheaper. If I get a price, and X amount of people commit to wanting a set I'll get them made.
At the moment there doesn't seem a great need for them
Well I originally put a post up about these illusive spacers a while ago. I have a petrol but I don't think there is much difference in thickness (I don't mine the exra height). I am interested but I'm also speaking to a local engineer about making a pair.
I wasn't going to bother with the pig tail feature on the bottom half (more material =more complex = more money) I was going to use a flat base and put a pin or bolt through the spacer to orientate using the existing hole in the trailing arms.
those look like castings to me. they would be very complicated to machine i think.
i would be interested in a couple of sets if the price wasnt outrageous.

They are castings but a basic machining centre would belt them out easily enough.
They're cleaning up ok, after one 2 hour soak in mild patio cleaner
E D I T, oops wrong picture, here's a cleaner one
Guess we'll never know the cost unless we ask, so nothing to lose really.
Also thinking of asking for a price on spring spacers......
