Hi.... you never got an answer to this but I was wondering if you'd had a respray, and ballpark cost?

The only way you'll get an answer to this is to show your van to a bodyshop and explain what you want and to what standard. Otherwise your just guessing.

I just had some small body works done by Wayne at Tip Top and can't recommend highly enough... Honest, good value and very quick, I can't fault the job they have done.

Best thing to do is go and see them and get a price...

If you want it done properly, windows out, doors off etc, shot blasting then replacing the dodgy panels and proper preparation before the paint goes on, by qualified restorers, the going rate is about £3000+. If this is done cheaply and not done properly you will waste your money! So get some references who have used the company before. Good luck.

Thanks very much. I'm sure its 'how long is a piece of string' but the ball park figure is helpful.

If done properly, considering the amount of time involved (judging by my 3+ year spare time project so far), £3000 sounds cheap.

Agreed. With the 'extras' I had done mine cost £5000 (done well away from London), but I am very happy with the result.
