I was told years ago that you get extra bhp with a stainless system, because internally the pipes are so smooth compared with a mild steel system. Would that be the case with our vans? Having a DF engine every little helps. Any better fuel consumption?

It'll flow a little better, but really doubt you'd gain much, maybe 2.5bhp....
It'll look smart though...
