hi all.i,m takeing off the interior panels because i believe the numpty i bought it from used loft insulation,,,,,so what would you use to paint the interior panels with to protect it before i adhere the thermal foil and put the panels back on,cheers for any help

Wax oyl the panels and wrap the insulation in plastic bags.

You don't need to stick the bubble foil. If you cut it right you can push it into the void up against panel and everything will be snug. The only area that might cause probs in front doors where the glass goes up and down. Again, cut well and to keep it out of the way at the top, simply ducktape it in place.
