Hi...I'm hoping this isn't as silly a question as I suspect it is.
My drivers seat needs changing (foam has fallen apart) and I'm quite happy to replace it with a T25 seat rather than "upgrade".
That said, how do you actually take out the current seat? I've seen another post which suggests they slide off the rails backwards (away from the steering wheel) as that poster turns the passenger seat around rather than using a swivel base...but I have a solid bar full width across the back of the seats to support the double passenger seat. Will it slide off the front of the runners? Or do I have to slide on the runners and then bolt the new seat to the runners when they are in place?
I know I could go out and play in the van, but I don't want to get the current seat out and then be unable to refit it before the new seat arrives.
Thanks

Re: How to...swap seats?
Mine both slide off the front, towards the front of van.
The Passenger side seat Will also slide back on backwards too- I've not afforded a swivel base yet

The seat slides off the rails towards the steering wheel. You slide the seat forwards using the usual lever and then when the seat "locks" you release it with the catch shown below.
