Re: volkswagen t25 wiring diagram
there isn't a single wiring diagram as such because it would have to be on an A0 sized sheet of paper to fit it all in. There are pages of wiring diagrams, each covering a set number of items. Which fusebox do you have, early or late?

Early type and its the lights I think there a relay with a black wire coming off it but its not going to anything so I now it's ment to go to something

The head lights
dip to full beam when you put them on full beam and switch them to dip the lights just go off side lights stay on but head light off but when you put them back on to full beam they come on so that's why I'm thinking this wire is something to do with it or the switch is gone

Re: volkswagen t25 wiring diagram
Since it's an early type fuse board I think the air cooled (green) Haynes manual covers it. The cover says 1979 to 1982 1600 and 1700 engines but there are supplimentary diagrams for the 2.0 litre version. I don't think there's any point looking at the wiring diagrams for the later fusebox as it's completely different. PM me an email addresss and I'll fire a couple off to you.
I take it the early fusebox layout shown here is what you have?
