finding it hard to engage reverse first thing in the mornings to back out of drive into the street -
1st also seems harder to engage -both seem ok/better once warmed up -
any wise shepherds out there - who might have an idea of where/what to look at?
already looking forward to rolling under the van covered in ice n snow

If its anything like mine, your gear linkage components (starting from the front) are worn out. Just replacing the front section on mine helped a lot (rest to do once warm weather emerges) but even so, its not overly keen to engage when its freezing cold. But be honest, would you be?
