Pickup repair panels

Post by dandan1234 »

Good evening all.

I have just been to view a t25 single cab pickup today as i have been after one for a while.

Unsuprisingly it needs some work which will incude replacing both front steps, both rear arches, and rear valance. Also the under bed locker doors are pretty bad at the bottoms.

I have had a look on the usuall sites for pickup rear arches and im struggling to find any, does anyone know where i can find these?

Im guessing that the locker door panels arnt available so would have to weld these up as best i can or find better replacements.

On the plus side the bed, locker floors and drop sides are in good nick for a 25 year old truck.

I'm just trying to get a rough idea of how much i need to throw at the truck to get it how i want it (then double it!) :)

Thanks Dan

Glad someone took it on, I was really tempted but decided to hold out for a crew cab.
Was the old guy you brought it off as laid back as when I went to look at it! I turned up and he barely said anything, gave me the keys and let me drive off in it on my own.

Yep, just like that, a nice chap. He told me he had another one at home, fully restored, would have liked to see that.
