Stolen Syncro bits

Post by Aidan »

Syncro front driveshafts, uprights, wishbones, radius rods, cast lower control arms, anti roll bar, rear trailing arms and driveshafts and diesel van fuel tank and ancillary parts

if you are offered these parts give me a bell - reward for information leading to recovery/prosecution of tealeaf

the plastic syncro diesel van specific fuel tank is the bit that says it was stolen to order not pikeys taking metal to weigh in, someone is doing/planning on doing a conversion with stolen parts, or upgrading to the late lca set up - if you've been offered the stuff then do the right thing please

I wouldn't be surprised if its metal theft...maybe the tank looked metal to the simpletons eyes?...was the stuff just ligging or obviously cherished for re use?

Any previous cases of stuff vanishing from the area...?

if it was metal theft then why did another tonne of metal and tools etc...get left, it was obviously cherished, ready to go to shot blasters, no previous problems, it wasn't anywhere VW related

I just hope they haven't gone abroad already...

You would need to know the area, who knew and how (e.g. forums), and exact circumstances to work out who might be involved.

Did Police take it seriously and take evidence?
