They were complete mirrors not just the glass. Ask for Lucas part numbers ADR 206 & 207

I chamfered a corsa vans front wing yesterday and broke his side light. Maybe I need to invest in some. I've got mine set to avoid blindspots on the motorway which means I can't see too close to the van. Nice guy rang me and said that he was going to source stuff off ebay and do it himself.

Finally I catch on (none too quick as you may have noticed), mostly with the help of Cruz's flippant comments!!!!!! Sometimes it takes a bit of sarcasm and flippancy to drive home the point. Point taken and thanks to all as I'm now not going to struggle with the current mirror when I get one of the shelf for not-a-lot of squids. Cheers, Mitch.

Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

Good choice, but as I keep saying on these posts, replace the tension springs on the new mirrors with the old springs. When you compare you will see how thin the new ones are which means the mirrors will flip out of place at about 50/55mph which is a pain.
:ok

Less of the sarcasm MM, I'm soon to start reading your thread as I've a few lower panels to cut-out and replace myself, hence, questions and confusion may follow!!!!!
