Hi All,I am looking to get a few seams and widow edges tidied up and looking nice again. there used to be a company called 'The bug barn' near tewkesbury, I can't find their web page ( I Had seen it a couple of years ago and they looked good with T25's) does anyone know if they are still going and if so web details etc. Also any other recomendations for someone to do this?? I'm in Cheltenham ( Glucestershire ) It's my daily drive so not looking for it to be off the road for months !! Thanks,

Hi all,
Ok found a local body repair firm that have done a few campers before. They looked round my van and basically said that by the time they have scrapped out this seam and that seam and then tidied up the window and tidied up the wheel arches etc - instead of then blending in all these areas to the good stuff they might as well do a full spray from the pop top down. They have looked at a figure of £2000 to do this as there is no real rot just seams and a few light bubbles ( :rofl I Know )they also waxoyl the insides as best they can which seamed about the right money (if not a good price)to my mind bering in mind I have side planks and colour coaded bumpers etc. My question is stick with a white van or change to an alternative colour or even two tone??? The spray shop guy thought stick with the same colour as it is original what do you wonderfull people think .... part of me feels that a change of colour feels like I got something for my money as opposed to 'got the same van back a bit shinier' the other part thinks keep it original.

why dont you post up some decent picks of the problem areas and we can see wether its likely to be surface or deeper and a waste of time to blow over so to speak

By the sounds of things, this may be a bit late for you but you could try Vdubresto in Rangeworthy, South Glos.
They've just removed all the rust from under my high top roof and really happy with the work
