What screws to hold headlamp frames to shell?

In taking off my headlamps I find the frames have been held on with a right assortment of screws and some are missing. I'd like to put the new lamps on with the correct number of new screws. What should I be using?

i would use philips head stainless self tapping screws

Size of screw is 3.5x9.5 oval pan head screw hope this helps

did you get sorted with some adjusters? and would this be for single round lamps
