Help with t2 still 79 camper cheers for all this help , ive traced the starter motor problem back to the ignition but can, t get the barrel out any help would be great cheers bri

Just like a T3.....you need to insert the key, turn it one click to retract the steering lock paw, then the barrel can be knocked upwards.

The ignition switch (the white plastic bit on the bottom) is held be just one screw which can only be accessed with the barrel/housing removed or at least raised.
