Syncro Sunday.

Post by Simon Baxter »

How do.
Just an idea but anyone fancy a afternoon out around Holmfirth on the 24th of March?
I don't really want to do an open day this year at work but I don't mind opening up one Sunday for breakfast and brews then a wander around the valley in the afternoon.
Ill put some breakfast on and I bought a urn for such occasions.

Open to suggestions, no trolley dashes though!
I know the lanes have been done to death around here, maybe we'll do them backwards or something? maybe end up here for some lunch?
Click
Lloyd is booked in on the Monday for work so it drops nice for him.
I don't want to go to the full hassle of a open day, plus it will feel weird without my dad there, bit too soon, low key small numbers prefered.
Maybe we'll do a BBQ through the summer or something instead.
I think they have been doing some tidying up work down at the campsite towards Holmfirth if anyone feels the need, Just wish there was a bit more choice of camping spots around here.
Dunno who this David Ford bloke is but he's playing Holmfirth Picturedrome [brilliant venue] on the Saturday night.

Can we have a roll call please so I know how much bacon to buy?

I'm easy on the time, 10am? whatever suits everyone else really.
Look to set off at lunch time?

Only females likely to be there are mine, and at 4 and 6 you can keep your eyes off!

If your lucky I'll put the heater on and sweep up.

Oh, and on a serious note, if anyone has any waste engine oil to dispose of I'll gladly take it off your hands.
