Well fun is being had,
last few blows had been the usual ,remove nowt and dont take much trouble masking it, i hate cleaning other folks laziness up

this is the bit that I gassed form the inside of the join outwards and if you fit the wing and cut it the same way then all the surfaces stay flush as they should

water tank and stuff going back in , cant fix the kick board down as the new flooriung has to go in first, got some nice italian contemporary vinyl,which arrives on thursday but loads else to do

this next bit is now on a serious note, the fridge flue, i think its ally flexi and original but its split , the rest is as bad so a vary real danger here. i have sourced some very good quality 30mm stainless and this fits very snug into the exhaust outlet

One thing is the water inlet lock was always rubbish and didn't really work - is that easy to replace or will it fix/clean up?

Those seams look lurvely. i had that exact same problem on the flue on my autohomes, noticed it when the cutlery drawer was red hot

yep all cleaned up .originals
the water inlet etc is all clean and the plastic recut and looks fine.

Have you got a nice big heated garage? One with rubber floors and nice little heaters to keep your new baby warm? I reckon it calls for a new name for the van too.

I know - thinking of knocking the roof through garage into bedroom so she's toasty warm. Cannot believe I damaged my new car after an hour first time I parked in the garage
