Re: snow fun
Tried camping there in the winter once before a few years back and got spooked by the woods and the drunk Eastern Europeans in the statics so bolted home. That was the night out camper got nicked, so should have stuck it out!

Re: snow fun
We've had bugger all snow in Fife. You southerners have hogged it all. Snowed all day yesterday but didn't settle.

Cheers

Re: snow fun
We've had snow off and on in Cardiff since the end of last week. I drove the Syncro into work on Friday, but on Saturday it went to Chris at VolksEngineering for a few jobs (including Lee's wheel carrier, and Lloydy's ladder). So all this snow, but no Syncro. Groan...

Re: snow fun
There is a very nice pub in a village not too far from there that has a massive camping area that they only charge a tenner a night for. We had about ten families out there for the jubilee weekend, tug of war, rounders, jumpers for goalposts... Parents able to be fairly noisy till the wee hours and we had a fire pit going too, only downside is that the ablution facilities are a bit limited...

It's here...
http://www.yewtreechalvington.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There are a few lanes nearby but there aren't too many in this part of the world. Plenty of walking/mountain biking and great views on the South Downs. Lewes is close by with Harveys Ales and the excellent Bill's Cafe. Maybe I'll be able to show you around with my own Syncro in the not too distant future...
