can't find the paint code in the van?
it is either under the passenger seat, on the A pillar (sticker)
or on the service manual
on Brickyard site it also gives ALL of the codes for your year

Please don't read this as a negative. You would have been better to introduce yourselves first and say hello. That way folk might have thought more of you as a new member of this great 'family'. Maybe we could have a sort of 'hurdle' to begin with which says that! Just my opinion.
Anyway, there's info some where in the WIKI above that tells you where to find your paint code. I found this for you:

The paint code on your van can be found on a silver sticker under your passenger seat, inside the front cover of your service book or on the white paper sticker that was attached to the door post above your accelerator pedal.

Hope this helps. Oh, and welcome.

Mike, behave yourself!! There are those of us who will, and can, afford a job of quality, and then there are those of us who keep our vans looking good on a much lower budget! Anyway, the special seam paint is called 'M M M' Hmmm 3m comes to mind. :ok

Yes sorry for not introducing ourselves I tried but we are completely new to forums , we are based in Cornwall we run a hi top t25 that runs a 1.9 water cooled petrol and a 55 lpg conversion . We found the manufacturers plate inside the van down by the accelerator pedal were just having trouble finding the correct number in the long number? We think its been reprinted already like most t25s but we want it to be original again or at least similar !

your colour code is not in the vin number anyway

I know what an LPG conversion is...what's a 55 LPG conversion?

Ah ok so the paint code is not in the vin number? So it's on another badge or sticker in the bus?

Chances are your colour will not be the shade of new paint.Best thing would be to visit your local auto paint place. They should be able to sort you.

under the nearside seat is a plate with various numbers stamped including the paint code, usually repeated but if two tone then will give both colours
Edna's is LP7Y LP7Y ie flash silver mettalic all over
you may have to pull the seat fully forward or even remove it in order to read the plate which is rivetted to the inside upright below the seat runner and is body coloured, cos it goes on before van is painted
