4.6 Kw!!!!! Bit of overkill for a small van. Also low heat is 2.8Kw which is more than you would need constantly. I've seen them advertised before but cannot find out who manufactures them - odd that they are coy on stating who.
They appear to be copies of old Webasto and Eberspacher designs, probably Chinese copies.
