How do people run the wires to speakers in their cab doors?
My van came with speakers in the doors fitted by the previous owners, but the wires just loosely jump the gap between the door card, hinge and the dash and are always getting kicked and disconnected. this seems a fairly common place to have them, so there must be a better solution

higher specked vans have a rubber sleeve that fits in the door and A post, you can retro fit if your door has the required hole, (often taped over)or you can runs some flex duct inbetween and feed the wires through this.i will try find a link and add it here, half way down this page

Re: cab door speaker wiring
Interesting. I had a look at my door this morning, but couldn't see any obvious holes. There's something on the pillar just below the top hinge that's got a plastic plate over it, but it didn't look to have enough clearance for the wires. Don't suppose anyone has a pic of it taken further back and connected at both ends, so I can see where it goes?
