Jx blow off valve

Post by axeman »

I spoke to al and jes about this a while ago but can't remember the solution to blanking it, From the quick look that I had this afternoon at the valve it look like a small section of bar is all that's needed to compress the spring held down by the large grub screw,
Am I right in my thinking thanks Neil

Cut the 'bar' to about 20mm, throw the spring (E D I T) away, insert bar, replace brass screw squeezing the bar which then holds the diaphragm thingy closed. once its all off and in your hands it will makey sensey. ill find the link....
