JX water pump belt stretching
I have constant trouble with the belt stretching, when i adjust it using the stupid shims it stretches again. I replaced it with a new one and the same thing happened. Is there anything i can do about it or is it something i have to live with.

Not really.
What tends to happen with this type of pulley, is the belt slowly wears on it's edges and sinks more deeply into the pulley taper.
I'm not sure what size of belt these have but if it's sit's very deeply into the pulley I guess one remedy would be to fit a slightly wider belt: for example, 9.5 X 1100 could be replaced by a 10 X 1100, it's quite suprising how much wiper the extra half mill makes.
