interior side panel dimensions ?

I will be starting to refit the inside of my van soon and would appreciate a bit of help regarding the plywood panels, i have found a template on wiki for the rear door panel just wondering if anyone has any for the sides?, i all ready have a sliding door panel and the 2 front doors and i am looking at covering the others with vinyl to match, what material should i put under the vinyl to give it that door card effect, Cutting the panels to size is'nt the problem its making sure that the holes all line up for the fasteners, i have found some one on Ebay who will supply and deliver the plywood panels pre cut and drilled for £80 but as all ways could use that money else where.
