reverse gear

Hi all for some reason i carn't get reverse gear to ingauge on my T25 1,2,3 and fourth all work fine ?

Might be a clutch fault. the forward gears act with a syncrmesh , but not the reverse. try putting into reverse with the engine off-start it and see if there is a differance. does it happen all the time or just now and then, on a flat or incline etc. People are really great here and have a a good deal of collective knowledge

Just changed the rear linkage selector, universal joint and bushes at the back and middle of the selector rods and still nothing, i have just bought a gear repair kit so will change all bushes and springs at front end to see if this works.

Oh by the way my name is Billy i am from Whitley Bay Tyne and wear, i work as a photographer and am married with 2 kids, and now have a T25 that seems to be getting more attention than all of them!

I presume you are pushing the stick down first before you select and engage?

yes pushing down and across but will only engage first, got the front end gear repair kit today so will fit on sunday and see what happens.
