Im thinking of getting a new set of wheels for my camper. JK have some empi 911's 15inch for 299 inc nuts and studs to direct fit.
What tyre size would you recommend for these. Been on the brick yard calculator and tried a few sizes in there, but abit unsure what is best. They will be xl high load tryes.
cheers

195/70/15C tyres but 5.5" wide T25 steels are ET39 and those alloys are ET20 so no good for a T25......no matter what JK "say".
There's no 'r' in bought!

Yes indeed...here we go again! Just Kampers listing and selling wheels (amongst many other things) that are NOT SUITABLE for the listed vehicle.
This has been going on for years and it's about time they got their act together. One saving grace is you came here for advice first before buying them....you haven't bought them have you?

Re: Empi 911 wheels
There are many superior choices of wheels for your camper. Benz and VW to name a few
Long ago Empi had a trusted name in the VW world, sadly they trade on that past, because the reality is pretty sad.
Take a look at the Brickwerks information and here on the 80-90 wiki regarding what wheels fit. Armed with the right information make a decision and come back here and check it over.
It's one expensive mistake otherwise

Re: Empi 911 wheels
I bought the Jk brms for my van, when i first got it and regretted it straight away.
They spoilt the handling and ride, and after buying them found out the offset was all wrong. plus you only get four so had to carry a standard steel as a spare which was a different size.
I gave up after a few weeks and sold them on eBay at a loss to a chap with a bay.
Went back to steel wheels with brand new michelins and van drives so much better.
