2.1 fuelling issues?

After a lot of poking and prodding, it does indeed seem to be the injector signal dropping out, all circuits up to the ecu are good and constant.... so its a new ecu today... i shall let you know the outcome.

My money's on the ECU being fine, and it being a wiring issue between ECU and injectors.

get some noid lights and check the injector before messing around changing ecu!

ECU made it a lot better, firing on 4 and running alright, still not there though.

Lost interest in it and flogged it to the guy with the ecu who breaks em!

That's what 2.1's are all about!! Annoying - but a crime to crack.

I'm not particularly bothered by a late 80's work van no.

I have eight vw's ranging from 61 to 77, bay window vans and beetles to spend my time and money on, but thanks for the heads up on my "old car" preferences.
