Can't quite get my head around how those might be straightened, other than Ian's suggestion of a big round lever over the end of them and pulled down. Don't understand the wiki suggestion.
I got round this problem on my Doka by bolting in extension peaces of metal, 2 bits like a sandwich with two holes drilled top and bottom.

Right Patrick, what I'm saying there is (from Russel with Love, via Aidan) :-
Small length of chain (fairly beafy), or v.thick'n'strong strop
Trolley jack
Strong beam (scaff pole, short, say a 5' putlock)
A carabiner or shackle to suit hole in the mount (M10 clearance so 10mm will go through hopefully)
The idea is to jack up against the rear cross-member, against the ground, so effectively the van's going nowhere but upwards, exept that...
.. a chain is wrapped around a scaff pole or similarly strong beam, said chain (or strap) attached to the mount that needs pulling downwards...
the TRICK being is that the scaff pole is UNDER the trolley jack at the point of reaction where it will not want to slide a round fore'n'aft (this point is about int heory under the jack's pad when all the slack is taken up.
therefore to keep things symmetrical and satble, the chain or strap would need to loop around the pole either side of the trolley jack's chassis.
It was suggested I seem to remember, that if the facilites are available, a big tag, metal loop or similar (x2) be welded to the scaff pole to facilitate this exercise and stop the chain or tension member sliding orft, though I can picture it working just about, without.
Hope that helps, yours looks a fair bit worse than mine (just about 10° upward slant on only the nearside)

Will look at the thread thingy too...

Re: Crunchy reverse
to pull them back into position take a 4ft length of scaff pole and a decent lift trolley jack and some 3 to 5mm steel bar
drill some 10mm holes toward end of steel bar , you want two pieces long enough to reach to the scaff pole sat on the floor parallel to the rear cross member, sit trolley jack over the scaff pole and set it to jack the cross member whilst holding the scaff pole to the ground, weld the two bars to the scaff pole, bolt them to the bent protection mounts and then jack the shell up which should pull the mounts down, a bit of care and jiggle factor/multiple holes and you should be able to get it all as straight as you can, this is how Russel pulls bent sills back into shape, I just watched and learned

Re: Crunchy reverse
Well you live and learn! Loads of helpful advice here, thanks chaps. It's not as bad as it all seems.
Might cogitate how the mounts could be prevented from future upward bending.
Just watched 'Senna' and towards the end there was footage of go-kart racers doing their own spannering. A likkle bit of inspiration...

I would have thought the same from Salisbury plain but seeing that first lane in the flesh I can also confirm it looked a nightmare.
