Starter motor needs tapping?

Hi Guys,

Have had a nose through Wiki etc but can't find an answer.

I've just today finished a KY - 1Y upgrade. The engine fired first time and drives sweet. I then stopped the engine and went to start again and nothing but a click from the relay in the passenger footwell.

However it does start when you tap te starter. Is it getting jammed? If so, what's the remedie?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
