1985 Autosleeper rocker switch

Post by bkandj »

Hi there,

New to all of this and need to know what this rocker switch does. Any autosleeper fans out there who can help? It's the switch to the right of the control panel on the photo.

Thanks :?

Very small picture mate.. try using photobucket to host your pictures.
Not an Autosleeper item in my opinion
as for what it does, well have you disconnected it and found where it connects to/from.

sometimes folks add switches to switch between batteries operate the water pump (if the tap switch is busted) operate a socket or lamp..

Ok thanks for replying, I don't know enough to disconnect anything I'm afraid! Think I'll end up taking I it to a garage since I have no idea. Think it might be for switching between batteries and don't want to drain the car battery by mistake.

I had to downsize the pic in order to post it, it wouldn't let me post it full size?

Same switches and gear that i had in mine and seen in many other Autosleepers.
I think it might be for the water level sender. press it and the level shows on the scale above .
When i pulled mine apart the switch was wired into the meter and thats all i could imagine it was for.
Chances are that the sender in the fank will be Knackered, but worth checking.
