Leisuredrive hi-top to pop top - which one?

Post by Bluebell »

Bluebell's roof is currently a Leisuredrive hi-top. Without reprising the hi-top versus pop top discussion (!) I'm thinking of going to a pop top, preferably a side hinged elevating roof. The hi-top is great for all the reasons you state (warm, storage etc) but it acts like a sail and as a rather small person I find the van a bit tricksy to keep in a straight line when in high winds!

Which models should I consider? What's on the market new and 2nd hand? Where in the west/south west could I get it done (might be a step too far for Mr Bluebell's ingenuity)?
