just rebuilt mine at home, was really easy and only cost 60 quid, tested it on the beach at the weekend and it worked great :ok

Mine now locks the front wheels solid on tight turns in the carpark.
So its now SORN'd & laid up in a nice dry storage facility until I can get it rebuilt/replaced.
