The value as I see it :
the engine £300ish IF running fine,
gearbox £200 Ditto
Early cooling system complete £150 ?
Back seat/bed another £100 if dry and without stains ()
Fridge £50 IF safe and working 3 way
Running gear £50/corner IF not rotten
These are realistic to sell on here quite quickly, then you have the shell to have disposed of which won't be able to be towed of course but may make another £100. The interior looks shot but there might be odds and sods the peeps want.
SO, around a grand less your £500 (and you'd be out of order asking for a refund in my opinion) .... plus the time to strip it, pack stuff and post/deliver/wait in for someone to collect it. The choice is yours.
