The girl I got it off has gone nuts as it has Westfalia all over the documents, she has had it for a long time and has always been told it was a westy, specifically by a specialist who looked after it for her, i will be getting the paperwork tomorrow so will see for myself what it says!

If those others interested in it are willing to pay more than you payed I would snap there hands off, its only worth breaking !
It was fired up about 6 months ago so still runs and moves under its own steam, the welding for mot purposes could be done and I thought maybe as a kind of day bus rather than a full restoration.
E D I T £500 . I bet it can be fixed. Whether or not it is a financially viable proposition is another matter.
Anything CAN be saved but why would you want to ? You have no emotional (and hopefully financial) attachment to this shed so let it go before you have good money stuck out in it.
