Electric fuel pump

hello i have a 2.0lt CU camper with the mechanical fuel pump and want to fit a electric pump.

The question is where should i mount it chassis leg near tank seems safer or out the way in engine bay would

keep it dryer, easyer to keep a eye on it but more of a hazard?!?

Not sure where people mount um, but whilst doing it good time to replace all your fuel lines with nice new ones!

On my 2.1 the pump is next to the filter.Just after the tank.

yeah got all the fuel pipes replaced a coulpe months ago always checking them!

already had a engine fire on my suzuki sj not a nice thing!!!!

Fitted mine on chassis rail as close to tank as I could get it, when I got the van it was mounted in the engine bay and with it being higher than the tank would not lift the fuel when it had been stood for more than a week . Daz
