I came across syncros 3 years ago and saw their capabilities first hand, this, and ONLY this drew me towards being interested in Syncros. I spent a year talking FACE to FACE with owners of syncros, being a PASSENGER in a syncro and being offered the chance to DRIVE a syncro. This experience gave me the confidence and the contacts to buy the right syncro and enabled me to have a network of friends that are on hand to help . . . and their wealth of knowledge can not be replaced by any garage or manual!
I can assure you that the excitiment of owning a syncro, what ever shape or form, will never be felt from a keyboard or questions, its all about being out there, feeling the adrenalin, committing to the impossible and knowing you can do it
I would never question a syncros ability. I may have said this before but . . . attending a meet is a great way of gaining knowledge

I totally agree with your comments. get out there and get stuck in.

It was a real pleasure the first time I met you on the lanes near Llanfyllin. you may have been very vocal, worrying about the lane on the CB, but you certainly got stuck in, and the van did go where ever you steered it. Even in deep ruts.

Look forward to catching up again off road. you can pull my Ar?e out of a bog again any time!

All of which are within easy reach and a car ferry ride away ..... very few of which are Syncro lovers probably (but I dont know) ..... whereas there are loads of LHD Syncro friendly countries just across the way! LHD = wider audience !!

Well then you dont have to answers my questions.

Its was your choice to spend a year talking. I made a gamble to buy a syncro eventhough i had never driven or seend one in the flesh before but it worked out great for me.
You make it sound like an insult asking about syncro performance. When it comes down to if it you dont like a questions just dont answer or keep your thoughts to yourself.

I have many plans on what i am going to do with my syncro.which includes events held by 80-90 and others.
Just because i havent gone any so far doesnt mean i am less passionate about vw syncro's.

Oh yes i agree but for me its not the roads or other traffic its the fact that i dont like driving in a lhd vehicle.
I dont mind driving in countries that drive on the rhd its quite fun but in a rhd vehicle.

Ok i think this is getting out of hand.

I am enthuastic about my van thats all. Maybe sometimes i dont take everything in but that doesnt mean i dont try.
If people met me i think they would have a different opinion of me but we will have to wait and see.
Not everyone gets along thats life.
I cant see how im being attension seeking when im just asking questions. There have been times where i havent been online for weeks. I do have other things to do apart from be on this forum which id say most people here are the same.
Like ive said quite a few times i plan on going to many events to meet fellow t25ers.

I dont like that fact that people seem to get upset about what i post and then reply with long messages of dislike or some comment on how im boring or something else to that effect.

Sexist comments, comments on intelligence and such. There are a few on the forum who seem to like just being a55holes.

I think people just need to calm down. If you dont like my questions dont answer. If you dont have anything nice to say dont say it. Dont just jump on the band wagon.
