Oil buzzer/VDO gauge set up....

Post by KINGPRAWN »

Can anybody help with a little problem!
I've just got my 3 gauges up and running, all seemed to be good ideling on the driveway but two spits up the road on reaching 2400rpm the buzzer sounds!!!
I removed the sender between the push rods( DJ 2.1) and with a remote t-piece relocated it ontop of the motor.
That sender and the VDO sender sit in the t-piece.
Removed the exhaust and replaced the pressure switch with an oil temp one.
So I now have a redundant sender and a connection with no home.
Any ideas????? Thanks

Sorted the buzzer problem by replacing the sender that was between the pushrods and relocated on the remote t-piece with the sender that I removed from behind the pulleys (where the oil temp sender now lives). Not sure if its right to do this but the buzzer has stopped!!! :ok
