Multivan seat fittings

Hello!

I've bought a multivan interior (one of those with the b2b-seat with storage) which I'm going to fit into a Caravelle/kombi body.

Now, as I unfortunately didn't remove the mv-interior myself, I'm looking for measurements of the brackets that's welded to the floor (visible in the bottom right corner of the image below). Mostly interested in the height.
Anyone have these on hand?

Oh, and is there any reason I shouldn't/can't bolt the seats through the floor with a spacer. It's a syncro, no tank underneath.
