My door has just fallen off!! Help!

Hi folks, my sliding door has just fallen off when I tried to open it  . It has buckled the cover and a spring has fallen off something (see photos).
Can anyone advise whether the bracket in the photographs is the correct shape? I am not sure what shape it should be or whether it has been distorted by the door coming off. Any pics or guides as to how and where the spring locates would also be much appreciated.
I am not sure why it has decided to come off but the guide that the middle mechanism locates in is very rusty and full of crud, would that be enough for it to ride up and out of its guide?
Any help gratefully accepted as always.

Regards,Will :) .

Thanks Mike, I have managed to get it back together and get the door back on, everything was seized and covered in rust and crud.
it is working ok now but it is really noisy - is that just a trait of these doors?

Thanks again for your input and offer of help.

Regards, Will.

May have been the latch falling off and jamming in the mechanism making the centre roller jump off its track?
