When I get to 50mph my drivers side mirror starts to fold in. As much I as like to admire my own elbow it is now starting to become a bit of a pain, especialy with quitena few motorway miles getting to and from VW events.
Is this something I can fix or has the mirror had it?

Many thanks.
With me it occurred around 60mph. After my summer hail storm disaster, I ordered some new Hagus ones from Gunzl hoping that this would solve the problem. Not a bit of it. I am now returning them for a refund with a note asking them to give Hagus a proverbial kick up the backside for lowering the spec of these replacements. Really cheaply put together. I suggest that anybody else who get this porblem does the same thing and then perhaps Hagus will get the message.

I just took mine off the door and tightened the nut at the bottom.
They were handy though, when I first drove the camper after picking it up in Edinburgh and driving it back to the lake District I found that as night fell the dash lights were not working and being new to T25s was unsure of how to fix them. But when I got to 70mph the wing-mirrors folded in so as long as they didn't move I knew I was within the motorway speed limit.

Yes we've been through all this on the forum for some time. No matter how much you tighten these new Hagus mirrors they flip. This is a serious pain. Send them back with a complaint note.
