did someone on here buy this from go westy. i need to recover the rear window surrounds and wondered what the product was like.

I don't think so lee, this is a VW material used in beetles, I used it to cover my cupboards, it is easy to work with, cuts nice and neat and has a close weave fabric on the back of the vinyl.
I got it from minitrimmings

No, not really - at least, the stuff in our '88 Club Joker doesn't. It's a more random texture, much more "woven".

That's the stuff Lloyd. Don't know what the go westy stuff is like I'm sure I read somewhere the someone on here or brickyard had bought some. Tried searching but no luck. Be nice to se a sample before committing to buying a load.

They should be able to post you a sample? If they won't because of international postage I can give you a Canadian address they could post to, then get it forwarded on.
