Fitting Fiamma Caravanstore when using roof gutter for racks

Post by ghop99 »

So how does the Caravanstore awning attach to the gutter if the gutter has roof racks on it? I have roof bars x2 then a rear basket with two feet also. My gutters are busy!

Any advice or suggestion welcome.

Thanks team

Thats the one in the bag isnt it? And yours is a tintop? If so the fiamma will get in the way of your sliding door fitting the normal way. There is nothing 'off the shelf' as far as i know to get around other stuff attached to your gutters. 16vmini came up with a good solution
its on page 8 of his build thread

Now if you got the fiamma F35 it would fit a lot easier

Yep, F35 pro its called, you will also need the brackets for it which are amazingly expensive. If your made of money you can get the F45 which is a wind out one rather than a roll out one
