Looks like normal wear and tear given the age. I have just recently completed undersealing mine, and was quite impressed just how solid it was. Under the arches, the factory underseal was started to wear thin, so much so you could seen the factory blue paint, so was time to renew.

That rust on your door step, you may want to remove the step rubber to check under there too.

Yeah, done that. It's due to go into to be sorted shortly, plus another patch on one of the wheel arches. Otherwise it's pretty sound.

Bought some door pockets for the front, and nets for the rear, a tube of Sikaflex to stick the spats back on with, a door trim removal tool (for when I fit the pockets), a Keep your bus alive magazine, and a Just Kampers catalogue.

95% of Just Kampers stuff is rubbish, you dont need a trim removal tool and be careful where you mount the door pocket on the passenger side or the glove box will hit it. :ok

I've tried removing door panels with a screwdriver before. I wouldn't recommend it.

I can see what you mean. I'll put one of the nets on the passenger door, and use the pod in the back somewhere. Looks like it'll be a tight squeeze on the drivers side as well - due to the armrest.

There are holes already in the cardboard for fitting the door pockets in the right place

After a lengthy search, I have finally located a Caravelle folding bed - so thanks to Mocki for that.
Thing is, he lives in Limcolnshire (I think), and I'm in Wales. Any ideas?

Mocki's going to try and package it up, so I can arrange a courier.........unless the famous 80-90 Express can help out....

Got the bed, and fitted it, but the securing peg for the rear seat back is in the wrong place. Turns out that there were different locations for this depending on what type of seat was fitted. So now I need two mounting plates so I can put the pegs in the correct location. Any ideas if anyone supplies these parts? I've posted a request in the wanted column, but I'm asking on here cause you guys seem to know everything!

Hello, have done a number of seat swaps here in the US. The caravelle zbed seat posts are 4" forward of the non zbed posts. If you are not a welder You can make a bracket to bolt into the current location and down to one of the four lower bolt holes.
