fitting a rock and roll bed

Post by McCoy »

right so I've finished plyling the van and all I have left to do is the flooring, i've picked up a bargain rock and roll bed of eBay its a wooden boxed framed one not a metal one, i'm going secure to the floor but it also has a couple of brackets for screwing to the rear engine bulk head, just want to know is there any special areas I should avoid dont want to end up drilling through a hose or something??????

No, not really. You can look behind the bulkhead via the rear arches anyway - use that as a guide. Just make sure you don't use self tapping screws - it is not sufficient.
