Are my tyres up to the job?

Thanks for the advice, four new 195/70/15 completely transformed the feel of the van and look better IMHO. Kept alloys but got proper weight load tyres. It seems that originally van had 205 on rear and 185 on the front.

So even though you've got alloys that should never be fitted to a T25 because they have the wrong offset and are made of Malaysian cheese,you're happy in the knowledge that your tyres are ok?

For the moment yes - they've been on for six years. In the past two weeks had to get van lpg serviced, three point belts fitted in the rear, four new tyres, new petrol tank and carb stripped. Run out of cash

The wrong offset will accelerate wear on your steering components and bearings....just sayin
