Been working hard on Waltraud recently. Just cut off the old rear spring lower locator- top hat came off by hand!! Fitted Brickwerks repair part with rubber packing as they advise. Finished off rear o/s lower arch to sill and slider bottom, as it's been rainy I covered the primer with some 1k paint but will sand back tomorrow for Combi colour. Also did rear lower panel as in pics. Van is for using and I'm not flush or flash so decided easiest and simplest to do the lower 14" or so in Combi colour. Got 2.5 litres colour matched and delivered for £28-.

Near side rear swing arm spring locator came off with hand pressure from a large screwdriver, ok with a little help from the farmers toolkit! Plug welded the new top hat section and added four welded sections around the circumferance. Then zinc primer, seam sealer and chassis black. Fitted a hick rubber over this to absorb the pigtails as suggested by Brickwerks. Next picture are the plates fitted to my fiamma caravan store awning to help support the locating arms when in use.
