Just Kampers used to sell the inner lock barrels. Have you tried them?

Re: vw t25 door locks
Take them to a proper locksmith, with key and they should fit new tumblers for £20 a lock and it will be like new, atleast that way it won`t be cheap pattern parts.
I had an odd lock up untill beginning of year and that`s the price they charged for reset the lock to same key. Shop about via google for your local locksmith and ask about price. I`ve been doing this for over 15 years. Down in London and in Sheffield. Have a think about it, whats better a 2nd hand full set of locks off fleebay , pattern locks or originals refurbed?

Re: vw t25 door locks
On old locks, messing with tumblers is pointless. The housing wears out and they can be opened with almost anything. To do it right, it needs completely new lock/barrel. You can retumble those - with care.
