Don't buy anything off this guy doktoremanzini his email is doktoremanzini@web.de paid him and still haven't received anything or had any communication back And too late to claim off eBay or PayPal

Don't use paypal. you have more rights and control over your own credit card then you have with paypal. So if you can complain to your bank then do so.
But yes thanks for the heads up.

Didn't know there was a time limit on claims. I've had a few lately which ended well thankfully

Yep 45 days however it can take upto a month for stuff to arrive so kinda cuts it fine and add lack of communication on the sellers behalf can be very tight won't get stung again tho
