:ok Spacing down the ARB is probably a good idea but I think the issue is more likely to be the angle of the bottom arm.
pickys of yours would be good, and the measurements from the gutter to the centre of both the front and rear driveshafts would help as the wheel arches have been modified
Shouldn't be any different to mine or mudlarks that simon did as springs are the same and altho the shocks are different should be near enough. Might be worth checking Andreas lidl's thread to see if then can be seen on his Photos ?

Here you go Dai Height to top of gutter from middle of hub/driveshaft
164&165 cm (the drivers side has yet to settle)
Also photos of drop link bars taken from the front sorry about the quality, iPhonetastic and at night hope they are of some use

The gutter to centre of the wheel on the standard empty van is 160 cms rear and 159 cms front. Aint done the Multivan as its up on stands

Multivan now off the stands and the front is 160 and the rear is 161

Ill update this post again soon when i get chance to collate all the photos
but its back on the road again as of yesterday,
What a buzz driving it with the EJ25 fitted................ :shock: :twisted: :twisted:

The whole rebuilding is awesome. And underneath is amazing... I would be there watching the bushes, suspension, suspension frames for hours... :ok

Looks awesome. Puts me in mind of the Tigerbus (not the colours or design :lol: ) for the amount of effort that has gone into this project. How's the EJ25 doing? Have you done an interior?

i was thinking of these for your front suspension travel, just make up a bracket to fit them on
cheap and easy to replace if they take a beating
