Doo-lally milage clock?

Post by Nikki And Dicki »

So it seems i have done 8000 miles in 4 months!! i definitely haven't!

Today i did 100 miles from Richmond to central london!?

the speedo is mental too and works when it wants.

Horn has given up.

Does anyone know if they are all connected? And what to do with my doo-lally dashboard?

N&D

Doo-lally milage clock?

Hiya Nikki & Dicki,

I had the same problem with my speedo recently. The needle was bouncing about all over the shop & was never steady. When I took the dash pod off to look, the speedo cable was looking a bit worse for wear! I bought a new one from Just Kampers & he's a happy camper now! :)

I don't know about the horn but I'd imagine it's something electrical (loose wires or perhaps a knacked horn?) I'm pretty sure the speedo isn't connected to it.

Hope this helps!
