Hi Lads

My big plans of a great restoration have not materialised and the time has come after 5 months of the Syncro sitting outside my house for it to be offered for sale. It pains me to let it go cos ive wanted one for so long but lack of work and other commitments are preventing me starting.

Its the one that went on ebay just after xmas for 4k, i paid a bit over the odds but i'm sure with a bit of work it will be a cracker. 6months MOT, tax till end July

Its had two previous local owners and now me, a new 1.6 TD engine was fitted in 2009 which has done about 10k. Ive had it serviced and it runs as a new engine should a local garage did the work so the details could be confirmed if necessary. The only other thing i have done is replaced two bushes on the gear linkage to sort 1st and 2nd, which worked a treat. The bodywork is tatty in places, a few panels need replacing but nothing that cant be sorted, the bed however is in great shape with no rust due to it being covered all the time. The rear diff light doesnt come on so i guess the actuator is stuck? front diff lock works fine. If anyone is interested its best to come and have a look, i can email some pics if necessary but i'm not selling it ebay style.
