Big mirror part numbers?

I have a pair of electric mirrors but I am unsure as to whether they are RhD or LHD.

Does anyone know why the part numbers are please?

My RHD offside mirror is 251 857 514 D

I at work and the mirrors are at home. My wife sent me this
